PATE BISCUIT

The vocally impaired Sergeant Smith is fat, not that smart, and a
stickler for the law. Sergeant Smith enjoys giving advice to
members of the audience and singing.
He is easily moved to tears by beauty and has a Mars Bar habit.
Did we mention he is corrupt ?
